Halloween has always been my favorite time of year. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized the best part isn’t just the costumes or candy, it’s the way our community lights up with joy. From trunk-or-treats to pumpkin carvings, there’s something heartwarming about seeing neighbors and families come together to celebrate. I always tell people that’s my favorite part of having a Halloween birthday. This season, I hope everyone finds a way to take part; support a local event, decorate your porch, or simply spread kindness in your neighborhood. Together, we make our community a little brighter (and spookier!).
